About the Firm

Mr. Watkins has been licensed in state and federal courts since 1988. Early in his career he represented some of the largest insurance carriers and banks in the country. For more than three decades his own practice has focused on individuals facing difficult legal situations, and he has resolved thousands of claims.

Insurance Claims Expert Witness

Since 2007, attorneys have retained Mr. Watkins to review insurance claim files and testify on whether a claim was handled within industry standards, in first-party property, bad faith and coverage matters. He began his career defending State Farm, Allstate and Farmers and training their adjusters, and has held an Arizona property and casualty adjuster license since 2010.
